How we fix things
We check what you send us against the same public records the rest of the site is built from, and we fix what is wrong. Identity and license errors go first, because those are the ones that do real harm. We do not print a deadline here, because we have no way to show you we kept one.
Post a response to a finding
If we have published an adverse finding about your business, you have seven days from our notice to respond, and we publish the response beside the finding. Send it through the same form and choose something else as the type. This is free and it is not conditional on anything.
